Daniel Mueller was born in Germany into a military family with an American father and German mother. Daniel’s father is Department Chair at Jesuit High school and mother a teacher in the Sacramento Unified school district for over 15 years have given Daniel a strong educational, moral familial upbringing. Currently Daniel has been specializing in urban and suburban retail, office leasing and sales since 2007, and currently represents over a dozen of the area’s top restaurants and retailers (Ricks Dessert Diner, Sharif Jewelers, Bento Box, Blue Nami, El Pollo Loco, Carl’s Jr. etc.). He provides invaluable insight into restaurant design and construction cost management and has leased and sold approximately 280,000 SF of retail and office space in the Sacramento area over the past 36 months. Years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and management allows Daniel to provide his clients with strategic logistical advantages thereby maximizing the value of their commercial real estate portfolios. Daniel has worked with Four Square Commercial and Turton Commercial Real Estate and now Mueller Commercial (affiliated with C21 M&M) for over 9 years and is a 2006 graduate from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in Politics and International Relations. Daniel was chosen to attend the prestigious Education Abroad Program through UCSC where he was an ambassador abroad for his University receiving high honors. He has valuable environmental and higher education as well as (K-12) legislative experience from working in the California State Assembly and on numerous State Senate, Assembly and Gubernatorial campaigns. His extensive experience abroad and multilingual abilities provide him with a unique international business skill set. He enjoys all outdoor sports and is an avid cyclist and runner.
George Dean is a US Marine who after two successful combat tours in the Iraq theatre as an infantryman decided to change direction and venture into the business of Real Estate. Not long after joining Century 21 he was added to the commercial team at Mueller Commercial. Attending Morehouse College and studying Sociology has given him an acute balance of understanding the macro effects on the Sacramento market while tacking the fundamentals of the business. Under the tutelage of Daniel Mueller, he has become a specialist in the development of commercial land and commercial leasing. The value-add strategy for his clients consists of providing clear and concise counsel to further their directives and secure business objectives for rapid expansion, financial retention, and limited losses. Integrity, attention to detail coupled with speed and efficiency are the core values that encompass George’s work ethic as well as his team. George is a San Francisco native who enjoys going to the range, running and listening to self-improvement audiobooks.
Cameron graduated from CSU Sacramento in 2016 with a degree in Geography and found employment at a personal injury attorney’s office. Earning a degree in Geography and obtaining negotiation experience provides his client’s a unique perspective in any real estate transaction. He is competitive by nature with a love for basketball, SCUBA diving, and skiing. Born and raised in Sacramento, he has volunteered with the American River Clean up annually for the past several years. Mr. Freelove takes pride in his problem-solving strategies, customer service skills, and ability to research and analyze. Cameron prefers to meet people in person and discuss how business can be generated to help transform a community. Cameron is on the Mueller Commercial Team which has over a decade of experience in filling a vacancy, finding a suitable location for any business, or finding promising land to develop.
