Dan Mueller was born in Heilbronn West Germany into a military family. Dan’s international experience and disciplined upbringing have provided him a polished and strategic approach to Real Estate.
Currently Dan has been specializing in urban and suburban retail, office sales and leasing in the greater Sacramento and Bay Areas since 2007. Dan and his Team of young decisive brokers currently represent over a dozen of the area’s top restaurants and retailers.
Dan has leased and sold over 300,000 SF of retail and office space in the greater Sacramento region over the past 36 months. With years of experience in the business and an emphasis on real estate portfolio development and stabilization, have given Dan the knowledge to provide his clients with a strategic approach to maximizing the value of their commercial real estate portfolios.
Dan Mueller is a 2006 graduate from the University of California, Santa Cruz receiving a BA in Politics and International Relations. Dan was chosen to attend the prestigious Education Abroad Program through UCSC where he was an ambassador for his university receiving high honors. Dan has valuable environmental, appropriations and higher education as well as (K-12) legislative experience from working in the California State Assembly. Dan’s extensive experience abroad and multilingual abilities provide him with a truly unique international business skill set.
