John Cardoza was born in Roseville California and grew up in Sacramento California most of his life. John attended school in Sacramento studying Business Finance and Marketing in College. After finishing school John got into the Restaurant industry focusing on the service/management side of the business.

John started his Commercial Real Estate career in 2015 and shortly thereafter joined the Mueller Group. Currently John is focused on Retail Tenant Rep with an emphasis on Restaurant brand expansion as well as Landlord Representation and Retail Sales throughout the greater Sacramento Area.

Over the years John has leased and or sold properties throughout the greater Sacramento area and continues to expand his portfolio to this day. John thinks that communication is key when it comes to relationships with his clients and does this regularly. John is extremely client focused, putting his client’s needs above his own.

In Johns spare time, he enjoys training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions, grappling tournaments, Golfing with his brother-in-Law and Friends, hiking, swimming, spending time with his mother and sister, and in addition to those things he volunteers at his local Church helping the less fortunate as well as handing out food on the weekends to those in need. Most importantly John enjoys spending a quiet night in with his girlfriend Kat. John also likes to contribute to his local causes such as Women’s Empowerment, Cancer Research, and Multiple Sclerosis Research to name a few.
